Our Survey Rollout Workshops focus on quickly getting senior managers to take ownership of the survey data, prioritize areas for action, and communicate the survey results and the focus areas for improvement to employees.
Approach
- High-level interpretation and analysis by workshop participants, utilizing action-learning principles
- Build commitment in leadership team to act on results
- Crafting of communication messages and preliminary action planning (full-day session only)
The target audience for the Survey Rollout Workshop is the leadership team.
The workshop may be run as a half- or full-day session, depending on the scope of activities the client chooses.
