Our Transformational Leadership Assessment measures a person's capacity to lead in different situations.
Surveys@Work has found that leaders who can provide Direction and Clarity in the midst of change and uncertainty, and who focus on developing people and teams, can lead successfully in a wide variety of situations. This can be done both as a self-assessment as well as a 360° multi-rater assessment.
Besides feedback reports, we can develop a Coaching and/or Training session to go along with the Assessment.
