We provide services to help organizations to cost-effectively follow up on their surveys—including surveys run by other parties.

Post-Survey Focus Groups

We conduct Post-Survey Focus Groups to help our clients validate their survey results, and drill down to gain clarity on the top issues that emerge from their surveys.

As a third-party provider, we are in a position to facilitate these sessions in an environment in which employees feel they may safely and openly share their observations and experiences.

Approach

Our approach is to use a mix of traditional qualitative question techniques and group activities to promote discussion and quickly cover a broad range of topics. We facilitate these session to:

  • validate the key strengths and opportunities surfacing from the survey by job levels;
  • surface the underlying factors driving those critical issues with specific examples where possible; and
  • brainstorm possible solutions on maintaining the strengths and improving the opportunities.

We generally encourage sessions to be organized with participants grouped by similar job levels.

Survey Rollout Workshops

Our Survey Rollout Workshops focus on quickly getting senior managers to take ownership of the survey data, prioritize areas for action, and communicate the survey results and the focus areas for improvement to employees.

Approach

  • High-level interpretation and analysis by workshop participants, utilizing action-learning principles
  • Build commitment in leadership team to act on results
  • Action planning and crafting of communication messages (full-day session only)

The target audience for the Survey Rollout Workshops is leadership team.

The workshop may be run as a half- or full-day session, depending on the scope of activities the client choses.
