Your Partner for Employee Surveys
Employee Opinion Surveys, Organizational Climate Surveys, and
Employee Engagement Surveys.
Now in its 10th year of business, Surveys@Work is helping
companies large and small gather insight on their organisational
climate, and the factors that are driving their employee retention and
other outcomes of interest.
What we offer
- Your choice of survey instrument/questions. Our
custom-designed survey platform allows you the flexibility to tailor
your survey to meet your specific needs. Draw upon our databank of
survey questions, or drop in your own corporate in-house questionnaire.
- Normative benchmarks. Compare your performance against
our normative data.
- Correlation with desired outcomes. Discover what are
potentially the biggest factors in your company that are driving
employee retention, employee engagement, and other outcomes of
interest.
- Online or offline surveys.
Online surveys help you minimize your cost and effort of survey
administration, while our traditional paper-based surveys help you to
gather feedback from groups with limited computer access, or from those
who may need special assistance in completing the survey questionnaire.
- Multi-language capability. We are able to conduct your
surveys in multiple languages as required. Our online system is fully
capable of handling East Asian script (e.g. Chinese, Korean, Japanese,
etc.)
- Open-ended questions encouraged. Open-ended questions,
when designed properly, validate the quantitative data. They can
provide a wealth of information on what is working best, and what needs
improvement. They almost always contain insightful comments from
employees on how to improve things.
- Comprehensive reports. Our report bundle provides you
with the information you need for effective follow-up action. This
including a full written analysis of the results with recommendations,
and department-level reports to aid in rollout and action planning.
- Give everyone a chance to be heard. Our pricing model
allows you to conduct a census (i.e. full participation) survey rather
than just a sample. Broad employee participation allows everyone to
feel that their views are important and that they are a part of the
process. This facilitates follow up actions. High
response rates also ensure low margins of error, which is particularly
important for smaller business units, allowing for more meaningful
comparisons of the demographic breakouts and more accurate assessments
of year-on-year changes.
- Follow-up consulting. We offer a range of post-survey
interventions to help you act on the survey results. These include
focus groups and post-survey workshops for the leadership team, where
we facilitate high-level interpretation and analysis utilizing
action-learning principles, and build commitment to act on the results.
