Surveys At Work was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Singapore.

Principal Consultants
John Mauro
Founder and Co-Managing Director
John has been conducting surveys in the Asia Pacific region since 1993, and founded Surveys At Work in 2000.
He has developed research methodology and helped organizations gather employee, customer and business partner perceptions with the purpose of improving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness through actionable research.
John has conducted hundreds of employee surveys in 21 countries across Asia and Europe, and has extensive experience conducting post-survey Executive Briefings, Survey Rollout Workshops and focus groups, amongst other activities.
John is the co-author of our survey instrument, the Positive Engagement Index.
Simon Ee
Co-Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer
Simon has more than 20 years of professional services experience in process engineering, change management, and large-scale systems design.
Prior to joining Surveys At Work, Simon was Chief Technology Officer and Principal Consultant for a software company that is now a leading vendor of Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) solutions.
Simon designed and built Surveys At Work’s proprietary survey system. He continues to lead in the continuous enhancements of our survey technology and infrastructure, statistical analysis, and reporting tools.
